Nice bonuses, great location, and fantastic staff. This hotel provided us with some complementary treats during our stay which were really appreciated. The location was also amazing, close to key attractions and public transportation. The staff members were professional, patient, and went out of their way to assist us during our stay.
Limited facilities and poor maintenance. Unfortunately, the hotel’s facilities were lacking and poorly-maintained.

This hotel is located in a lively, authentic area full of markets and shops. The room was spacious and stylish, with comfortable bedding. The rooftop terrace offers beautiful views at sunset and a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel has a cool bar and a pool table making for great leisure.
The hotel staff seemed rude and uninterested in guests' needs.

The building had a nice and cozy atmosphere that made me feel comfortable. the location of the hotel made it easy to access the heart of the city and explore the local culture. the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout the entire stay.
Several aspects of the hotel did not meet my expectations. the maintenance of the building was not up to par, with broken furniture and a lack of basic amenities such as hot water and proper bedding.

We stayed in a hotel located in the old town and it was a great choice! Best aspects were cleanliness, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and a fantastic rooftop terrace. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and it was conveniently located close to all the major tourist attractions in the city. We had no trouble finding parking spots nearby and the transportation options were plenty.
Nothing that we didn't like.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! the location was perfect, right in the heart of the medina. I was able to easily explore all the attractions I wanted to see. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and even provided great recommendations for activities in the area. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I required, including a private bathroom with a curtain for added privacy if needed. Breakfast was also included and of good quality, which was a nice bonus. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
There really wasn't anything that I could fault about this hotel. Everything was ok and exceeded my expectations.
